Trim is the visible finish of the electrical system. CMF evaluates the condition of the existing rough-in, device and fixture schedule, ceiling heights, material responsibility and inspection status before accepting a trim-only package.
Final availability, scope, price, schedule, warranty and permit responsibilities are established in the written proposal and agreement after project review.
